This is the ideal cherry balsamic vinegar for salads, fresh cheese, white meat, sweet fruit (e.g. peaches, apples and pears), roasted vegetables (radicchio, ..), and entries ( parmigiano reggiano cheese with shrimps, avocado and toasted almonds or zucchini flowers with filling, …).
